Here is the completed composite for NUK216 class 02 of the Joan of Arc project.
Keying was hard due to the fuzzy out of focus background, luckily the background was dark anyway, so I just crushed those blacks and blurred the crap out of it :p

- Added and integrated fake reflections on sword
- Keyed out greenscreen, despilled etc
- Color corrected to taste
- Added post effects bloom and lens flare

This term at FXPHD is the advanced 3D environment course MOd302. These are the results of class 1, diving straight into it, we were charged with creating a still promo frame where the Joan of Arc character is standing atop a mountain looking over an epic sunrise. This is my first time using Vue, happy with the results but then again its a pretty basic scene so… next up class 2!

This is the result of about 2 days playing with Nuke for the first time. Using all nuke tools for the composite, matchmove & roto. CG was rendered using Vray multichannel EXR. Here is the nuke script, a bit messy but I’m just learning :)
